The Talent Acquisition Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, allowing you to develop essential skills in building a strong employer brand, retain current employees and attract new talent.
In this role, you will:
Assist in the creation of compelling job postings to attract top talent;
Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential candidates for open positions;
Conduct TA screening calls and liaise with potential candidates;
Gain experience on how to negotiate terms of employment;
Maintain and expand your network, such as through visits to universities for fresh graduates;
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance recruitment strategies;
Seek opportunities to expand understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process;
Contribute to different employer branding initiatives.
Job requirements
What makes you a great fit?
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Please note you will have to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship;
Previous internship experience is a plus but not required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
A passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
