About the role

Are you ready to take ownership of the full collections journey and shape how we manage credit at scale?

We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller who will manage the collections process end-to-end and strengthen our credit framework. Your focus will be on designing a collections process that scales with the growth of our company, implementing strategies to accelerate cash flow, and overseeing the credit insurance process and policy requirement. This means both working closely with customers to find solutions on outstanding amounts and building a future-proof collections journey that is efficient, data-driven, and customer-friendly, with the opportunity to improve it using new technologies including automation and AI.

This role offers the chance to move beyond execution and into ownership. You will apply strategic thinking while staying close to operations, ensuring both customer experience and impact. You will develop skills in credit insurance, process optimization, and the use of advanced tools and technologies in finance. For someone with proven experience in collections, this is the opportunity to play a bigger role in designing, improving, and owning the collections journey in a fast-scaling environment.

Job requirements

  • Risk monitoring: Monitor payment behavior, assess counterparties, and support anti-fraud initiatives.

  • Metrics and reporting: Track, report, and quantify improvements using clear metrics to measure impact.

  • Process innovation: Identify bottlenecks, apply automation, and evaluate new tools and technologies.

  • Customer journey support: Collaborate with Customer Support to deliver a smooth and professional payment experience.

  • Month-end close: Ensure accurate reconciliations and contribute to a timely month-end closing within your areas of responsibility.

What do we value in our candidates?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in credit control, AR collections, or a similar finance role.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills and ERP experience, ideally NetSuite

  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, risk management, and financial outcomes.

  • Analytical and metrics-focused, able to measure and report on process improvements and outcomes.

  • Proactive, dynamic, and comfortable taking ownership in a high-paced, scaling environment.

  • Experience with credit insurance and debt collection legal escalations is an advantage.

What do we offer in addition to your salary?

  • Join our mission-driven organization, leading innovation in a dynamic, international, and ambitious environment. Take ownership, leverage your expertise, and make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.
