About the Role

The Senior Billing Specialist plays a vital role in Road’s Finance team, focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems and customer accounts. This role directly contributes to the company’s financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Timely processing of both automated and manual billing flows, including preparing billing files to ensure completeness of the direct debit process;

• Managing Managed Service Provider (MSP) billing operations;

• Accurate and timely processing of Call Detail Records (CDRs);

• Managing the ROAD billing flow and ensuring its accuracy and completeness;

• Managing Roaming CPO billing, including delayed session processing;

• Handling financial roaming support tickets in Salesforce and resolving complex billing-related issues;

• Coaching and guiding the Junior Billing Specialist in billing-related tasks;

• Leading and executing testing of new billing developments.

What Do We Value in Our Candidates?

• 3-4 years of experience in a billing, finance, or accounting role;

• HBO or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

• Strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for working with numbers;

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus;

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
