About the role

As Senior Account Executive UK & IRL, you are primarily in the process of gaining new customers in UK & IRL by actively contacting prospects from our database or leads delivered from Marketing or Customer Success. It's your mission to close the deals! You love challenges and convince potential customers and partners that you are valuable to their business. Through consultative selling, you know exactly the needs of the customers and partners. With this information, you will provide the (potential) customers and partners with the appropriate access and services we provide as Road. You coach and guide (Junior) Account Executives in the team to success, by increasing skills and knowledge, by being an example, and represent the regional AE team in forecast meetings.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify and generate new opportunities through various channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through campaigns, events, and other initiatives
  • Act as a mentor and guide the (Junior) Account Executives 
  • Represent the regional Account Executive team, and keep score of the team’s target and KPI activities, relative to the objectives set.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the E-Flux software platform to potential and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and deal status in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, and follow-up Customer Success created Opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for commercial related questions from customers, and proactive periodic commercial engagements.

Job requirements

What do we value in our candidates:

  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in a similar function, preferably at SaaS companies;
  • You have a proactive attitude and you are driven by results
  • You are a critical thinker who engages in highly active listening to further your critical thinking skills.
  • You are a team player and characterized by humility and integrity
  • Proven experience in closing relevant deals;
  • You have experience working in a CRM system (Salesforce is a plus);
  • Native English language skills
  • Free from the confines of a 9-5 mentality
