About the role


As a Sales Intern, your primary mission is to support the optimization and documentation of our sales processes, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the Sales department. You will gather detailed information about current sales processes and best practices from various sources and departments. Additionally, you will document our sales strategy, tactics, and procedures in a clear and user-friendly manner within our internal knowledge base, Confluence. Your role also involves mapping and analyzing internal processes, identifying areas for improvement, and updating the tender library with new insights. Ensuring the Sales Handbook is user-friendly and up-to-date is crucial, and you will test and validate its content with stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist in developing an internal training program for the Sales department and support various sales requests and projects, contributing to the overall success of the team.



Your responsibilities will include


  • Gathering information on current sales processes and best practices from various sources and departments for inclusion in the Sales Handbook.
  • Documenting our sales strategy, tactics, value proposition, and processes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Mapping and detailing internal processes in our internal knowledge base, Confluence.
  • Analyzing and optimizing internal sales processes to improve efficiency.
  • Updating the tender library with new insights and information from recent tenders.
  • Ensuring the Sales Handbook is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Testing and validating the content of the Sales Handbook with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development of an internal training program for the Sales department.
  • Providing support on various sales requests and projects as needed.
