We’re seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Account Management Intern to join our team. During the internship, you will be an active participant in the entire sales lifecycle and act as a bridge between market opportunities and our innovative solutions. You will identify potential clients and learn how to articulate the unique value Road brings to the industry. Working closely under the mentorship of our sales experts, you will help manage our pipeline, engage in consultative conversations, and support the closing of impactful deals. If you are proactive and eager to master the skill of B2B sales in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Gaining experience in prospecting by identifying potential clients through calls, emails, and networking activities. You’ll introduce Road and our product offerings, learning the fundamentals of customer outreach.

  • Developing skills in CRM management by helping to maintain and update the pipeline of leads, logging client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Beginning to build relationships with clients under the guidance of a mentor, learning how to serve as a trusted advisor for their needs and advocate on their behalf within the company.

  • Assisting with preparing proposals, observing negotiations, and supporting deal closures. You’ll gain an understanding of the techniques used to address objections and achieve sales targets.

  • Learning how to conduct basic market research, staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients needs to support the sales strategy.

  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, product, and customer success teams to learn how different departments work together to enhance the client experience.

Our Culture

At Road, we believe that an open mindset and challenging ourselves are key to achieving the best results. As we continue to grow, we’re working on adding more structure and clearer processes that will help us reach the next phase together. This isn’t just about how we work, but also about how we support each other as people.

Collaboration is one of our core values, and it shows in the way we connect day to day. We share a company-organized lunch every afternoon and regularly host voluntary activities outside of work. These moments help us recharge, get to know each other better, and keep our culture strong. Because in our eyes: a healthy team is the foundation of a healthy company.
