About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Marketing team to enhance our customer experience, support automation, and contribute to brand growth initiatives. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer feedback analysis, customer support automation, and multimedia content creation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Growth and Brand & Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience Management: Build and distribute customer surveys to gather valuable feedback. Monitor and analyze customer responses to extract actionable insights. Respond to customer reviews and escalate points of improvement to relevant teams (e.g., Support, Finance, Product).
Intercom Automation: Utilize Intercom tooling to enhance the efficiency of customer support. Develop and implement custom automated responses for common customer inquiries. Write and maintain how-to articles and add them to the help center for customer self-service.
Content Creation and Brand Support: Collaborate with the Growth team and Brand & Communications team on various projects and tasks to bolster overall marketing efforts.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
- You must be enrolled in a Dutch educational program for the entire duration of the internship.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
