About the role


As our Pricing & Payments Specialist you will support the development and implementation of pricing strategies. In this role, you will analyze market trends and optimize pricing models in order to maximize Road's profitability while maintaining competitiveness. This position involves close collaboration with different departments such as Marketing, Sales & Product to drive revenue growth and ensure pricing accuracy. 



Your responsibilities include


  • Driving opportunity commercials, crafting innovative pricing structures, and creating appealing commercial models in collaboration with relevant partners and directors.

  • Serving as a point of contact in several key areas, including Pricing Strategy, Price Analytics, and Deal Constructs.

  • Providing guidance and advisory support to pursuit teams on pricing-related matters throughout the entire pricing process, covering aspects from price strategy formulation to pricing execution and negotiations.

  • The role includes acting as a pivotal link between partners and directors during the bid process, as well as proactively building and maintaining a network within ROAD to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

  • Monitoring payment transactions for fraud, anomalies, and irregularities and take corrective actions and implement fraud prevention measures.

  • Generate reports and provide data-driven insights on payment and fintech performance and analyze transaction data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Job requirements

What do we value in our candidates

  • You have completed HBO studies in Data Analytics or other relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in pricing analytics, ideally within the department payments 
  • Excellent analytical skills and an abstract thinking ability, to apply conceptual models and solutions in a complex environment;
  • Analytical & data-driven: You see the bigger picture, but you are also able to see the details that eventually make or break the product. 
  • Stakeholder management: You actively establish, build and maintain relationships with all company stakeholders on different levels. You actively network and ensure that expectations are managed.
  • You take initiative & have the ability to multitask and prioritize numerous responsibilities with little direction - there are always new things to do and you are proactive in making things happen
