About the role
Are you a critical thinker with a passion for the EV industry and a talent for organizing information? We are looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to join our team. You will contribute to Road’s mission of making EV charging transactions effortless by providing the right content, insights and support to our Product Marketing, Regional, and CX teams. This way, you will enable an efficient, consistent and high-quality customer experience. As a reliable executor with strong organizational skills, you will play a vital role in maintaining our CMS, supporting market research, and ensuring content and assets are structured and up-to-date at every touchpoint.
Your responsibilities include:
Maintain and organise all marketing content (CMS, HubSpot, Google Drive), ensuring assets are up to date, properly tagged, and easy to find and reuse.
Ensure sales and marketing materials (decks, brochures, event assets) are current, accessible, and prepared on time to support campaigns and events.
Support market, competitor, and customer research, translating inputs into clear and usable summaries.
Assist in executing marketing and customer experience initiatives, including adapting simple visual assets (e.g. slides, one-pagers) in line with brand guidelines.
Job requirements
What do we value in our candidates?
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program focused on Marketing or related fields (Communication Science, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.). Please note you will need to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.
You are a structured, detail-oriented thinker who can organise messy information and spot inconsistencies quickly.
You are a reliable executor who follows through on tasks and delivers on time.
You are collaborative, proactive, and able to work well across teams.
You have basic design and visual skills, being able to create or adapt simple assets (e.g. slides, one-pagers) in line with brand guidelines. Familiarity with Figma and Google Slides is a plus.
You are available 40 hours per week for 4-6 months.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.

Content & Data Management: Master the organization and maintenance of marketing assets using professional tools like HubSpot, Figma, and CMS platforms.
Process Optimization: Learn how a growing scale-up implements structure and clearer processes to transition into its next phase of international success.
