We are looking for a Website Management Intern to help us achieve this.

About the role

Our website is like our digital storefront. It’s our critical digital footprint where we build brand awareness and generate demand. Almost all customer journeys pass through the website at different stages. Hence, making sure that the website is optimally set up for user experience and performance is key. The rapid growth of the business generates an increasing amount of opportunities but also naturally comes with an increase in the amount and complexity of projects and requests.

You will mainly support the Website Product Owner with executing the website roadmap and continuous improvements but also collaborate on a varied set of multi-faceted website projects. You will get hands-on experience with a modern website tech stack, get familiar with the various areas of website management (CMS updates, agile project management, analytics & tag management, A/B testing etc.), and learn how to manage web projects that involve multiple stakeholders.

You will also support the broader Growth Marketing team, e.g., the Marketing Automation Product Owner to set up and maintain automation flows. This will enable you to get experience with tools & responsibilities that relate and integrate with our websites.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist with website projects such as site redesigns, creation of new pages, content updates, implementation of new functionalities
  • Assist with the setup and optimization of website tracking events, dashboards, reporting processes, CRO and A/B testing
  • Co-manage the website request ticketing on Jira
  • Report on website performance and insights
  • Assist on broader Growth Marketing team with other martech tools such as HubSpot

Job requirements

What do we value in our candidates:

  • Interest in website design and marketing, preferred (hobby-level) experience working with a CMS
  • Quick learner, curious, and with a growth and analytical mindset (and some technical acumen preferred)
  • Fluent in English and good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and good organization skills
  • Some experience managing projects that involve several stakeholders preferred
  • Bonus: experience working with a CRM system, Google Analytics / Tag Manager, and/or a project management tool like Jira / Notion / ClickUp etc.
