Your Mission

As an HR Intern, your mission is to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions by actively supporting the HR team in both strategic projects and daily operations. You will have the opportunity to learn about employee engagement, organizational development, and HR best practices while contributing to initiatives such as employee satisfaction surveys and turnover analysis. Through meaningful involvement in both project-based and administrative work, you’ll develop a strong foundation in human resources and play a key role in enhancing employee experience and internal processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, distribution, and analysis of employee satisfaction surveys.

  • Support research and analysis related to employee turnover and contribute to recommendations for improvement.

  • Help maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HR initiatives, meetings, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members on process improvements and documentation of HR workflows.

  • Assist with internal HR communications and responses to employee inquiries.

  • Contribute to onboarding, recruitment, or other HR tasks as needed.

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Please note you will have to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.

  • Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.

  • A proficiency in data analysis and excel is important.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
