About the role
As a Business Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our commercial teams by helping ensure that they can focus on what they do best: serving customers and driving growth. You will be the architect of our internal knowledge, deep-diving into the mechanics of how our Sales, Success, and Support teams function. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex workflows and clear, actionable documentation. From auditing our current handbooks to mapping out sophisticated processes in Confluence, you will allow our teams to have the tools and information they need to succeed. Your responsibilities include:
Gathering insights from internal teams to document current sales processes and best practices.
Reviewing and updating internal handbooks and technical manuals, and describing internal processes in our knowledge management system (Confluence).
Analyzing and optimizing sales and support workflows to improve clarity and efficiency.
Helping with creating and releasing online training materials.
Assisting in developing an internal training program for the Sales, Success and Support team, based on the handbook and process insights.
Supporting ad hoc requests and projects from Sales, Success and Support teams that require operational input.
Job requirements
What do we value in our candidates?
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field. Please note you will have to be enrolled for the full duration of the internship.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a proactive attitude.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented and accurate manner.
You are available 32-40 hours per week for 4-6 months, starting from September 2026.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Experience with mapping and optimizing processes is a plus.
What will you learn?
Learn how to analyze, map, and optimize complex business workflows, turning abstract ways of working into structured, efficient systems.
Become an expert in utilizing Confluence and Salesforce to maintain a "single source of truth" for a global team.
Gain hands-on experience in cross-departmental collaboration by gathering requirements from sales, support and success teams and translating them into clear technical manuals.
Learn how to manage operational requests and balance long-term documentation projects with the immediate needs of a high-growth sales organization.
