What’s the Role About?

• We’re seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will:

• Collaborate across the organization, working closely with leadership and supporting departments like Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance.

• Lead the development of our Business Intelligence (BI) environment in Looker, defining core analytics logic and ensuring consistency and accuracy in our key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide stakeholders with actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.

• Deliver monthly performance reports and actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

• Conduct market, process, and performance analyses to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Identify analytics needs across departments and provide tailored solutions.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.

• Play a key role in building and optimizing our BI environment in Looker, ensuring scalability and usability.

• Define and document the logic and definitions for main KPIs and metrics to ensure organizational alignment.

• Deliver monthly performance reports and provide insights for strategic planning.

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytical tools to enhance your capabilities continuously.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics; proficiency in SQL is essential, and Python is a strong plus.

• A hands-on mindset with the ability to dive deep into data, tools, and processes to deliver practical solutions and actionable insights.

• High ownership mentality, taking responsibility for projects and tasks from start to finish.

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and BI tools; experience with Looker and with LookML, is a strong plus.

• Great communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Experience with BI architecture and KPI frameworks is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with analytical engineering using tools like dbt, GCP and Airflow is a great plus

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
