About the Role

The Billing Specialist plays a vital role in Road’s Finance team, focusing on the accuracy and efficiency of our billing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems and customer accounts. This role directly contributes to the company’s financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Timely processing of both automated and manual billing flows, including preparing billing files to ensure completeness of the direct debit process

• Supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) billing operations

• Accurate and timely processing of Call Detail Records (CDRs)

• Supporting the ROAD billing flow and ensuring its accuracy and completeness

• Managing Roaming CPO billing, including delayed session processing

• Handling financial support tickets in Salesforce and resolving billing-related issues

• Coaching and supporting the Junior Accountant in billing-related tasks

• Assisting with the testing of new billing developments and functionality in NetSuite

What Do We Value in Our Candidates?

• 1–2 years of experience in a billing, finance, or accounting role

• HBO or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Strong attention to detail and a natural affinity for working with numbers

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite is a plus

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
