About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our MSP proposition, focused on delivering a first-class experience to EV drivers. You’ll lead one of our product streams and work closely with an empowered engineering team to build products that remove friction from the charging journey and bring real value to our users.

You’ll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary team — collaborating with designers, architects, engineers, and commercial stakeholders — to drive product strategy and execution. From playing a key role in translating a long term vision to tangible product strategy, your work will directly impact how thousands of drivers interact with our platform every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Own and drive the eMSP product strategy, including subscription models, pricing logic, dynamic tariffs, and backend support systems.

• Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to build seamless, scalable, and intuitive products.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and ideation through to delivery and iteration.

• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and keep us ahead of the curve.

• Prioritise features and work with your team to ship high-impact improvements in a fast-paced environment.

• Use data to inform decisions — tracking usage, gathering feedback, and continually optimising for performance and experience.

• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for drivers and their real-world needs.

• Help shape our product culture and processes as we continue to scale.

What do we value in our candidates?

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within a scale-up or fast-paced tech environment.

• Proven track record of shipping impactful B2C or platform products.

• Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Strong product instincts backed by analytical thinking and user empathy.

• Experience in mobility, payments, energy, or subscription services is a bonus.

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

• Deep customer empathy — you’re driven by solving real user problems and have experience conducting research, gathering insights, and translating them into product decisions.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and commercial — you’re a natural collaborator and a confident communicator.

• A strong grasp of product development processes (Agile, Lean, etc.) and the ability to balance speed with quality.

• Data-informed decision-making — you know how to use data and KPIs to guide your roadmap and measure success, but you also value qualitative insights.
